ORDERING

Q - I'm having a problem ordering, can you help?
A - We're sorry if you're experiencing problems. Please email us at enquiries@moreTvicar.com and we'll get back to you asap - if you'd prefer we can call you if you email us your telephone number. If you find that your basket is being emptied after you have been asked to login it may be a cookies issue - please see instructions below on how to enable cookies. If this doesn't resolve the issue please do contact us.

Q - What is the latest time I can place an order if I want it tomorrow?
A - Orders received before 14:00 (2pm) will be sent the same day (stock permitting, excluding bank holidays). To guarantee your order to arrive the following day, please select Next Working Day Delivery. Please ensure to include your correct billing details as failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your order. Please note, we will not send your order to your billing address but we do need the billing address to process the order.

Q - When do I know if and when my order has been sent?
A - You will be sent an automatic email as soon as your order is despatched. Please note that sometimes our automatic emails can be mistaken for junkmail by some ISPs.

Q - Is your site secure, do you store my card details?
A - Our site is completely secure and has a secure certificate. We don't store your card details, we take an authorisation code for the total value of your order. As soon as your order is despatched, this amount is debited from your card and you will receive an authomatic email notifying you of this.

Q - When does my card get debited?
A - When your order is despatched.

Q - Can I track my t-shirt order online?
A - Unfortunately, we do not offer this facility at present.

Q - I received a birthday email and have confirmed my email address but I haven't been sent my £5 off code yet
A - If you do not receive this please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com and we'll get back to you.

Q - How do I enable cookies?
A - If you are using Internet Explorer you may need to enable cookies to shop on our site. Select 'Tools' from the top menu bar/Internet Options/Privacy then add our web address to you allow list and accept/enable cookies. You may need to refresh your browser after doing this. If you experience problems please email us at email:enquiries@moreTvicar.com and we'll get back to you asap.

Q - What cards do you accept?
A - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch), Visa Delta (replaced by Visa Debit), Visa Electron, Solo and Switch (replaced by Maestro). There are logos displayed on the bottom of our homepage of all the cards we currently accept. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Q - Do you accept Visa Electron?
A - Yes, but some banks will not allow you to pay online via Visa Electron. This is nothing that we control, it is purely dependent on your bank.

Q - I'm trying to pay by credit card, but it's not working?
A - This could be because the type of card being used is not accepted by our secure payment partner UPG. Logos of all the cards accepted are at the bottom of our homepage. If you continue to experience problems order, please email us at enquiries@moreTvicar.com Alternatively, you can pay by PayPal.

Q - Can I pay by PayPal
A - Yes. We now accept payment via PayPal. When you get to the checkout page you'll be able to pay via debit/credit card via our secure payment provider - UPG - or, you can select the PayPal option and pay securely that way too.

Q - I can't find the size of T-shirt I want, will you be getting any more sizes in stock?
A - We often re-stock designs, so if you have a query regarding an item/size which isn't available on our website, please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com Please quote the name and description of the item you are enquiring about. We aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Q - I want to send a T-shirt as a present, will the invoice go with the T-shirt?
A - Yes, the invoice will be sent with the order. If you have any special request we will do our very best to accommodate you - please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com

Q - Can I have my order specially gift-wrapped?
A - All orders are already sent out in our cool brown-paper retro bags but we do not have a specific gift wrap service. If you order several tees these will all be sent in one bag. If you would like additional bags for multiple gifts please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help: enquiries@moreTvicar.com

Q - Do you sell gift vouchers?
A - Yes, you can select the amount you want to buy from the left hand bar menu. When you buy a gift voucher you will be emailed a confirmation and unique code. You can then send this unique code onto the recipient to use.

Q - Can I include a note with an order?
A - Unfortunately, not at the moment.

Q - Can I pay over the phone?
A - We hope we've made it easy for you to order online on our secure site but, if you would prefer to order over the phone, you can all us on +44 (0)844 8888 344. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

Q - Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
A - Yes, you can pay by cheque/postal order made payable to moreTvicar and send it to:

- Your name, address and contact telephone number.
- The product name, colour and size.
- Please add £1.95 for standard P&P costs.
- Your order will only be sent once your cheque has cleared so please allow 5-7 working days.

Q - Do you have a shop or showroom that I can visit to place an order?
A - No, and we cannot receive customers at our warehouse.

Q - I need some advice before ordering, can I speak to someone?
A - We will be more than happy to help. Email us first at email:enquiries@moreTvicar.com, as we'll probably be able to answer your question immediately. Give us your telephone number and we can always phone you if we don't have the answer.

Q - What countries do you ship to, why don't you ship to mine?
A - We currently ship to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Channel Islands, China, Corsica, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Macau, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marina, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, United Arab Emirates and USA. We review this list on a regular basis and we're sorry if we do not currently ship to your country.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

NB: REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS OF YOUR CARD BEING DEBITED.

Q - How Do I exchange an item for something of a higher value?
A - Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and return it to us with the unused t-shirt(s) to our returns address. Please enclose a cheque for the difference in price made payable to 'MoreTvicar Ltd'. You will not need to pay additional P&P costs.

Q - Will I get charged extra for postage if I want to exchange something?
A - No, moreTvicar will not charge additional postage for exchanges.

Q - How quickly will my exchanged goods be sent?
A - Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and posted via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot send exchanged items via Next Day delivery. If you want an exchanged item sent via Next Working day service (UK only), please enclose a cheque for £5.50 made payable to moreTvicar.

Q - I've sent an item(s) back for refund, how soon will my card be credited?
A - Returned items will be processed/checked in within 5 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer. As soon as your refund is issued back to your card you will receive an automatic email confirming this. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

Q - I sent an item back for exchange but I haven't received my replacement.
A - It is possible that we may have tried to contact you regarding this and may have emailed you. For example, if we were unable to send you an alternative size (due to an item being out of stock) we would have emailed you; our email may have been swept up by your spam/junk mail filter. Please send us an email with your invoice or order number, name, address and a contact telephone number to enquiries@moreTvicar.com.

Q - A friend bought me a T-shirt, which I want to exchange, but I don't have a receipt.
A - Send the T-shirt back to us with details of your friend's name, address and email address (if possible). Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you and a note explaining what you would like to exchange it for.

Q - I want to return an item for exchange/refund but I can't send it back within the 28-day returns period.
A - If you are unable to return an item within the 28-day returns period please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com
Include your Invoice Number or Order Number, name, email and contact telephone number and a brief note explaining your circumstances and when you will be able to return the goods to us.
NB: REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS OF YOUR CARD BEING DEBITED.

FAULTY OR WRONG T-SHIRTS SENT

Q - I've been sent a faulty or wrong item - what should I do?
A - Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send the invoice and unused t-shirt to our returns address. MoreTvicar will refund postage and packaging paid on the original order directly to your card. The correct T-shirt will be despatched to you within 5 working days of receipt by moreTvicar via 1st class Royal Mail.

LOST OR DELAYED GOODS

Q - Where's my order (standard delivery £1.95) - it hasn't arrived yet?
A - Standard Delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will arrive within 1-3 days. Some orders may require a signature and it is possible that a card may have been left. If you have not received your order or a card, please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com stating the billing contact (name and address), Cart ID or Transaction ID and date the order was placed.
We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Q - Where's my order (Next Working Day £5.50) - it hasn't arrive yet?
A - From PM on Friday 27th August all Next Working Day orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery so you should receive your order the following working day (Mon-Friday) between 9am-1pm. As this service requires a signature; it is possible that a card was left. You can arrange for a redelivery or collection of your order. If you have not received a card, please email enquiries@moreTvicar.com stating the billing contact (name and address), Cart ID or Transaction ID and date the order was placed.
We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Please note, Saturday is not classed as a working day.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please return damaged goods to us within 28 days of purchase (see extended Xmas returns dates).
Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send the invoice and t-shirt to our returns address.
If you have been sent a damaged t-shirt MoreTvicar will refund postage and packaging paid on the original order directly to your card.
The correct T-shirt will be despatched to you within 5 working days (stock permitting) of receipt by moreTvicar.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Q - How do I cancel the order I have just made?
A - Send us an email to enquiries@moreTvicar.com stating your name and the time you ordered, plus any order details you may have been emailed.
Please state why you would like to cancel the order.
You will be sent an 'Acknowledgement' email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) confirming that your order will be cancelled.
Your card will be refunded for the full order amount. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

Q - I experienced problems when I ordered and I don't know if my order went through.
A - Send us an email to enquiries@moreTvicar.com stating your name and the time you ordered, plus any order details you may have been emailed. We will reply to your email within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).
